Hi there, I’m Anne and welcome to my Luminess Air site-I’m glad you found me! I started this blog to answer some of the questions that I had before buying Luminess. Maybe you have some of those questions, too-if you do then you’ve come to the right place!

My thing was, I found it tough to find real answers online that weren’t straight from a commercial or the company’s website. The infomercial made it look soooo easy, but I didn’t want to just get excited about something because I was buying it.  I really wanted to change the way I was doing my makeup.  Hopefully my site will let you know everything you need to know if you are thinking about purchasing a Luminess Airbrush Makeup system. Plus, I’m going to show you where you need to go to get it at the cheapest price and avoid getting ripped off.

Okay so if you haven’t seen it, just what is the Luminess Air?

It’s an airbrush makeup system that is to be used everyday instead of your regular makeup applicators. This is not the same as using a makeup sponges or a foundation brush. Applying your makeup via a very fine, targeted mist is light-years ahead of what you can get with just the brush. The smoothness you can achieve blends so well with your skin color and makes your face look so much more natural. This is a professional makeup machine.

Apparently, airbrushing makeup has been around in Hollywood for film and TV for years. Regular powders and liquid makeup just could not keep up the increasing resolution of film and TV. Brush strokes and wrinkles were becoming so glaringly obvious with conventional makeup that a better solution was needed. Now that nearly everything is HDTV and is so sharp and high quality airbrush makeup has become a must for the pros.

The pro airbrush machines were crazy-expensive, though, and were only available to those that really had the money to afford it. The air compressors alone were ridiculously high-priced and the stylus was straight from a graphic-artist workshop. What Luminess did was to design and mass-market a system that was entirely intended for just the home user. They also manufacture all their own makeup so it can be as light as possible for the machine. You save money over the long run as it takes only a few drops of foundation to be spread evenly across your face.

What can this site tell me about the Luminess Air that I can’t find anywhere else?

Okay, If you haven’t guessed it by now, I am a big fan of Luminess.  But there’s quite a bit of negative information out there and I think alot of that is just people not knowing how to use the product properly.  Hopefully my site can help those users that have gotten frustrated or want quick results.
